Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for refunds. If you cancel after the 24-hour window, your session will not be refunded. Payment must be made at the time of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours of your session, it will be canceled and you will not be able to rebook with me. If your appointment is to be conducted via phone or video conferencing, please make sure you have access to the site and a quiet space in your home to engage in the reading. I am not responsible for time lost due to poor cell service or dropped calls.
