Terms of Services

If you fail to submit payment prior to your session and do not respond to my reminder emails, the reading will be canceled and I will not accept future bookings from you.

I will not read for you if you are visibly impaired/intoxicated. It is a disservice to both of us.

My prices and policies are not negotiable. I will not respond to email requests to “throw a few cards” or “just check on something for me.” When a session has ended, it is considered closed. I will not respond to emails with "one more question." If you find have forgotten to ask about something, please jot it down to bring to a future reading.

If you are panicking or distressed over a situation, simply waiting a day or two can help you gain perspective and focus. For this reason, I do not book “emergency readings”. I will not respond to texts, direct messages, emails, or calls to my personal phone or social media accounts and reserve the right to refuse service to those who overstep these boundaries.

On rare occasions and through no fault of the client, I will not feel a connection. In that case, I will refer you to another reader that I respect.

I will not answer questions on gambling, sports, or dates of death, and I do not use my abilities to help clients gain information on how to change or manipulate others.
If you are disrespectful, threatening, or abusive in any manner, I will end our session and I will ban you from future bookings.

By participating in my services, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist, doctor, or lawyer and my services do not replace the care of legal counsel, mental health, or other healthcare professionals. Readings are in no way to be construed or substituted for legal counsel, medical advice, or any other type of therapy. At all times, I will exercise my best professional effort, but I cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the divinatory services purchased as described. Readings and consultations are meant to offer insight into one's personal life and are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a reading.

Client privacy is a privilege. All readings are considered confidential and I do not disclose the names of my clients or the contents of their readings with anyone. Please note I am legally bound to report any threats of imminent harm to self or others.

All information gathered for booking appointments is kept strictly confidential and is used specifically to manage appointments. Your personal information is not shared with any third parties with the exception of the automated booking service I utilize.

By booking with or receiving services from me, you agree to my Terms of Service and release Key Tarot of any and all liability/responsibility for the actions or inaction you take based on your interpretation and content of your reading.
